Above The Law, Defying the Court Injunction On Amnesty – Sheriff Arpaio Blows Whistle On Outlaw Dictatorial Duo of Obama And Johnson

Under the Obama regime, the law is only intended for the peasant citizens of America, the little, insignificant and meaningless people who are the backbone of this nation, whose ancestors created it, and who are presently the host of their parasitic leadership. The elites in power have demonstrated repeatedly that they feel themselves to be above law, as are their new imported replacement population of illegal aliens.
In this particular instance, the regime is doubling down on their criminality. They are violating an injunction issued in response to a previous violation of federal law. We need to understand that these are not common criminals; they are the communist operatives who fully intend to overthrow the government of our nation from within and that process is well underway.
As such, our laws mean nothing to them. They are mere words on paper, or “worthless” parchment in the case of our Constitution. They will implement their own set of laws once their work is done. Fairness, rights, and objectivity won’t at that point be an issue, they simply won’t exist.
An attorney for Sheriff Joe Arpaio is asking Judge Andrew Hanen, who issued the injunction against Obama’s criminal amnesty, to investigate actions of the regime which appear to be in direct violation of his order.
On Friday a notice and recommendation was filed by attorney Larry Klayman on behalf of Sheriff Arpaio. It asserted, “Several reports indicate that the executive branch under the Obama administration has not complied with this court’s temporary injunction, but continues full-speed to implement a grant of amnesty and related benefits to approximately 5 million citizens of foreign countries who are illegally in the United States under the defendants’ November 20, 2014, executive action programs implemented by several memoranda issued by Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson.”
WND reports that this filing is accompanied by a motion seeking “further leave” of the court to file the request.
They argue, “If the defendants have in fact halted implementation of the programs in compliance with the court’s temporary injunction, the opportunity to assure the court and other observers of this may be afforded by the court asking for a response on whether the reports of continued implementation are accurate and whether the injunction is being complied with.”
The Washington Times quoted Obama as saying he will in fact move ahead with implementation of the illegal decree and vowed to become even more “aggressive in the weeks and months to come.”
Not only is the self-anointed emperor of America not slowing down, Larry Klayman emphasized, “The Obama administration is continuing to signal not only its disagreement with the court’s order, which is its right, but beyond that its non-compliance with the court’s order.”
WND notes that Klayman also quoted a Judicial Watch report from a source within the U.S. government contracting industry, that the regime had attempted to expedite the arrangements for contractors to conduct the amnesty operation in direct violation of the court order.
Klayman summarized, “In short,” ‘president’ Obama’s defiant pledge in Miami, Florida, on February 25, 2015, to move forward aggressively with implementation of his deferred action amnesty by executive over-reach …  more than suggests that the Obama administration is continuing to implement the executive action amnesty in defiance of the court’s temporary injunction.
He added, “Given the strong reports that DHS is continuing to implement the programs that the court enjoined, the court should issue an order to show cause and call for clarification and assurance from the defendants that they are and will comply with the court’s temporary injunction, and if not take immediate remedial actions to [ensure] that the order is being complied with.”
The Obama regime is clearly not only the most arrogant and lawless in American history; it seems as if they feel nobody can stop them.
